Eligibility Rules

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. Giveaways are open to one entry per household only.

Each entry may check all of the boxes for prizes. Employees of Bi-Mart, Cascade Farm & Outdoor, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaways.

All winners agree to pick up their prize at one of the 79 Bi-Mart store locations. Winners will be contacted by phone. Prize drawings will be conducted the week of 3/17/25. If there is no response from a winner within 7 days, another winner will be chosen at random.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All firearm background checks must be conducted at a Bi-Mart store location in strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Individuals who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, or 21 years of age for firearms in Washington State or Idaho. By entering this giveaway, you acknowledge that you are not legally prohibited from owning or taking possession of firearms. If the transfer of the firearm to you is legally prohibited for any reason, another winner will be selected by another random drawing.
